Registration Cancellation Policy

REFUND DEADLINES FOR CANCELLATION:

All conference attendee registrations are transferable.

Cancellation with 30 business days (6 weeks) notice: 100% of fees refunded

Cancellation with 20 business days (4 weeks) notice: 50% of fees refunded

Cancellation with less than 20 business days (4 weeks) notice: No refund

Please note that cash will NOT be accepted for payment for on-site registrations.

Sponsor cancellations must be received on or before Wednesday, May 1, 2020 for a 50% refund. After that date, no refunds will be issued.

Exhibitor cancellations must be received with 40 business days (8 weeks) notice. After that date, no refunds will be issued.

In the event, a registration is not canceled by the aforementioned deadline(s) the registrant's employer will be invoiced for full conference registration.
