The Aging in Texas Conference (AiTC) is an annual gathering of individuals who work within the aging community. Designed for professionals from a range of community-based settings, the AiTC supports professionals in the field of aging with the most current research, unparalleled trainings, and innovative tools and resources to create excellence in service delivery. With educational programming covering a variety of areas, this conference is beneficial to everyone involved with caring for Texas seniors, from administrators to service providers.

This year we are going virtual! Although we are sad to not be able to see each of you in-person, we have gone virtual to ensure all attendee's safety as we continue to navigate through COVID-19 allowing all who are interested in attending to do so. The Virtual Aging in Texas Conference will include all the intriguing, important, and educational sessions you have come to love as well as new features only available online. Registration Cancellation Policy

REFUND DEADLINES FOR CANCELLATION:

All conference attendee registrations are transferable.

Cancellation with 30 business days (6 weeks) notice: 100% of fees refunded

Cancellation with 20 business days (4 weeks) notice: 50% of fees refunded

Cancellation with less than 20 business days (4 weeks) notice: No refund

Sponsor cancellations must be received on or before Wednesday, July 14, 2021 for a 50% refund. After that date, no refunds will be issued.

In the event, a registration is not canceled by the aforementioned deadline(s) the registrant's employer will be invoiced for full conference registration.
